- 500g Food Heaven Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4tbs vegan chocolate flakes or sprinkles
- 50g Pecan nuts
- 100ml Maple Syrup
- Pinch of salt
Salted Maple Pecan Vanilla Crunch
A delicious and indulgent plant based ice cream treat.

Instructions
- Lightly chop pecan nuts and toast in a dry frying pan until you can smell the toasted nutty aromas
- Heat the maple syrup in the pan on a medium heat then add the chopped nuts along with a pinch of salt
- Pour onto a lined baking sheet and allow to cool
- Once cooled break up into pieces
- Sprinkle over ice cream along with the chocolate flakes
