  • 100ml Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Salted Maple Pecan Vanilla Crunch

A delicious and indulgent plant based ice cream treat.

  1. Lightly chop pecan nuts and toast in a dry frying pan until you can smell the toasted nutty aromas
  2. Heat the maple syrup in the pan on a medium heat then add the chopped nuts along with a pinch of salt
  3. Pour onto a lined baking sheet and allow to cool
  4. Once cooled break up into pieces
  5. Sprinkle over ice cream along with the chocolate flakes
